William T. Wiley

Born in Bedford, Indiana, William T. Wiley moved to California to attend the California School of Fine Arts. Upon graduation, Wiley joined the faculty of the UC Davis art department where he instructed students Bruce Nauman, Deborah Butterfield, and others. His first solo exhibition, held at the San Francisco Museum of Art, solidified his success as a contemporary artist. He continues to create new work and is show across the country.
